Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your refund or new style is on its way.
